Our room’s AC wasn’t working, so we let the front desk know not once, but twice. Both times they told us maintenance would be up soon, and then nobody came until the next day. How is this okay? We spent the night in a hot room with no real updates, and when someone finally did show up, it still wasn’t fixed properly. it made the whole stay really frustrating.

We stayed here for a weekend with our dog, and it was smooth. The staff didn’t make it feel like having a pet was a hassle, which is always a relief, right? There was enough space nearby for quick walks, so that made things easier too.
The room was clean and comfortable, though I did think the pet fee was a bit high for what it was. Still, overall it worked well for us, and I’d probably book through staybridge.com again if we’re traveling with our dog.

I booked my room through staybridge.com, and from what I remember, I was a little nervous because I had changed the dates after making the original reservation.
When I got to the hotel, the front desk had the right nights and the right room type pulled up. I remember checking it against my confirmation email, and everything matched, which was a relief.

Nothing dramatic happened, and there wasn’t much to think about after that. Looking back, it was just a smooth, simple check-in where the reservation was exactly how it should’ve been.

I don’t know, maybe they were just having a busy or rough day, but the staff came across cold to me. It made the whole visit feel a bit uncomfortable, like I wasn’t really welcome there.

I stayed for a few nights and used the fitness center a couple times. It had the basics like a treadmill and some weights but the room felt small and a little worn out. It works if you just want a quick workout but I was expecting a bit more. Overall it was just okay

One day the room looked great, and the next day we were missing towels and the trash hadn’t been taken out. I also noticed a temporary hold on my card that wasn’t explained all that clearly, so of course I ended up checking my bank app a few times just to make sure everything was normal. It all worked out in the end, nothing shady or anything, but I would’ve appreciated the pricing and card hold info being spelled out earlier. Decent site overall, just needs more upfront billing details before checkout.

Check-in was super easy. I walked up to the front desk, gave them my info, and they got me sorted out quick. Nothing complicated, just in and done.

The place itself may work for some people, but the location was just too far out for us. A friend had recommended it, so we gave it a try, but getting there and back ended up being inconvenient.

The laundry room was messy, two of the washers weren’t working, and the dryer took way longer than it should have, so I ended up waiting around late at night. The staff were friendly enough, but nothing really got fixed while I was there. I also couldn’t help wondering if there were extra charges or some kind of hidden fee tucked into using the machines, because the whole setup just felt a bit off

Parking was okay, but it could fill up fast at times. Some days it was fine, and other times it was like... yeah, not the easiest.

I stayed here with my dad, who uses a wheelchair, and the accessible room was literally so easy for him to get around in. The grab bars felt sturdy, and the shower setup made things way less stressful. The staff were also really chill and helpful when we asked for a little extra support, without making it awkward. I’d definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was fine, nothing I’d complain too loudly about, but I wouldn’t count on it being super reliable. The hot items ran out quickly, so I was glad I didn’t wait too long. Coffee was decent enough, though

I stayed here for a few nights and, to be fair, I did feel mostly safe. I’m not saying it was a bad experience or anything, because it really wasn’t. But there were a couple little things that stood out to me, like the side door not always shutting properly and I didn’t really notice staff checking the hallways much. When I brought it up, the front desk was nice about it, so I appreciated that. The parking lot was well lit too. Overall, not terrible by any means, I just think they could be a little more on top of the security details.

Stayed here for work the Wi-Fi was the one thing I was most worried about. I’ve had enough bad hotel internet that I was almost expecting them to need to apologize for it, but it actually worked great the whole time. My video calls went through fine, even at night, and it never dropped on me. Happy with that.

The part I remember most is how relaxed it felt with the kids. They got comfortable quickly, breakfast was simple, and I don’t recall having to stress about much at all. For a family stay, that’s usually what sticks with me...
